Install the TypingTutor.Online Chrome extension

Use the official Chrome Web Store listing and review the extension’s limited permissions before installation.

Chrome Web Store status

The extension package has been prepared for review. The official public Chrome Web Store link will be added to this section after publication. Do not download copies from unrelated websites.

Install the official extension

  1. Open the official Chrome Web Store listing from this website.
  2. Select Add to Chrome.
  3. Review the four requested permissions.
  4. Select Add extension.
  5. Open the extension from Chrome’s Extensions menu.

Pin it to the Chrome toolbar

  1. Select the puzzle-piece Extensions icon in Chrome.
  2. Find TypingTutor.Online – Learn & Practice Typing.
  3. Select the pin icon so the extension remains visible.

Receive updates

Chrome normally updates installed extensions automatically. You can also open chrome://extensions/, enable Developer mode, and select Update to request an immediate check.

Remove the extension

Right-click the extension icon and choose Remove from Chrome, or open chrome://extensions/ and select Remove.

Removing the extension also removes its locally stored extension data from that Chrome profile.

Install safely

  • Use only the listing linked from TypingTutor.Online.
  • Confirm the publisher and extension name before installing.
  • The official extension does not ask for browsing-history, tabs, scripting, or all-sites permissions.
  • The official package contains no remote executable code.
