How the course works
The course begins with a small group of home-row keys and gradually introduces new keys. Learners receive immediate feedback, see the correct finger position, and can repeat a lesson until they reach the lesson's practice and accuracy requirements. Later course sections can include words, sentences, numbers, symbols, office typing, and speed practice.

What a new learner can expect
The first lesson introduces F, J and Spacebar. The on-screen keyboard and visual finger guidance help you learn where to reach without repeatedly looking down at a physical keyboard. After a lesson, use its accuracy result to decide whether to repeat it or continue. Progressing through lessons unlocks more keys and longer passages.
- Start with the learning roadmap if you have not learned touch typing before.
- Use the finger-position chart to identify home-row fingers, including the raised F and J markers.
- Take a timed typing test once you can type a short passage with reasonable accuracy; compare like-for-like durations.
- Use the Speed Improver when you need targeted practice on difficult keys rather than simply repeating a full test.
