Your ideas help shape the site
Share ideas for lessons, tests, games, certificates or Schools. Useful details help us understand what learners and teachers need.
Submissions are reviewed privately. Sending an idea does not guarantee that we will build it.
Need account or billing help?
Use Contact & Support for login problems, subscription questions or certificate enquiries that need a reply.
Feedback examples that help us improve
Tell us which activity you used and what happened. A useful suggestion can be brief: “I could not find the restart button on the three-minute test on my phone,” or “The keyboard highlight was difficult to see in dark mode.” For a new feature, explain the learning problem you hope it would solve.
- Lessons: Mention the lesson number and whether the difficulty, finger instructions or text length caused the problem.
- Games and tests: Identify the game/test, its duration or level, and whether the score or controls were unclear.
- Accessibility: Describe the device, screen size, keyboard or assistive feature and what would make the activity easier to use.
- Schools and parents: Describe an assignment, class-report or Kids learning task without sharing a child's personal information.
What happens after you send feedback?
Feedback is reviewed privately to inform improvements; it is not automatically published as a testimonial or a rating. You can send an idea without an email address. If you need a direct answer, select the reply option and provide an email, or use Contact & Support for time-sensitive account, certificate or billing matters. We cannot promise that every suggested change will be implemented.
Keep it simple
Describe one idea or problem at a time. Please leave out passwords, payment details and private student information. Young learners can ask a parent or teacher to send feedback.
