Requirements are intentionally demanding so that each certificate represents sustained work.

How certification works

Your browser checks genuine locally saved course and test records.

1. Qualify

Master the required lesson range or complete a sufficiently long typing test that meets speed, accuracy, consistency, and character requirements.

2. Create

Enter the learner name, review the recorded result, and create a certificate whose performance values cannot be manually edited.

3. Download and verify

Download a print-quality PDF or PNG, print the certificate, share it, and verify its unique certificate number through the verification page.

Typing certificate questions

Are one-minute tests accepted for certificates?

No. Speed and accuracy credentials require at least five minutes, while the beginner credential requires at least three minutes. Short tests remain useful for practice but do not prove sustained performance.

Can users enter their own WPM?

No. WPM, accuracy, consistency, duration, and completion dates are copied from saved lesson or test evidence and cannot be changed in the certificate form.

Is the certificate accredited or proctored?

No. It is a site-issued online skills certificate from TypingTutor.Online. It is not a government, academic, proctored, or professionally accredited qualification.

How does verification work?

Every certificate has a unique number and verification URL. Local certificates can be checked in the browser where they were created. Optional server configuration enables public cross-device certificate lookup.
