About Bottom Row Typing Test
Build control of the bottom row with Z, X, C, V, B, N, M, comma, period and slash. Because English has very few useful words made only from bottom-row letters, the strict test uses carefully varied key patterns rather than pretending mixed-row words are bottom-row-only.
Use this bottom row typing practice to train bottom row fingers and finger position. Strict drills use Z X C V B N M , . / patterns; mixed-row word practice is better introduced after the downward reaches are comfortable.

A bottom row typing test measures control of Z, X, C, V, B, N, M, comma, period and slash. Strict bottom-row practice is best built from key patterns because most normal English words require letters from other keyboard rows.
