Start this test after you know the home-row positions A S D F and J K L ;. Keep your eyes on the screen and use the on-screen keyboard or finger-placement guide to check which finger belongs to each key. Type calmly and pay attention to repeated errors rather than forcing a high WPM score.
After completing a short attempt, identify two difficult key combinations. Practise them in the guided lessons, then retest with a similar duration. If you're completely new, begin with Start Learning and return to this test as a checkpoint.
