How to read Kids progress without pressure

The dashboard summarizes completed lessons, recorded activity, practice time and progress toward goals. It is a learning record, not a rating of a child. A higher accuracy score or a newly mastered key can matter more than a small increase in WPM.

Progress is stored in this browser first. Supported Kids activity may also be part of signed-in account synchronization; local certificate records and some settings are managed separately. Clearing browser storage can remove data that has not been synced or backed up.

For a practical review, compare recent attempts on the same kind of task rather than comparing scores across different games or against other children.

Try this practice routine

  1. Look for completed lessons and the last few practice sessions.
  2. Choose one weak skill to repeat tomorrow.
  3. Celebrate effort, accuracy and consistency rather than an arbitrary speed goal.
