Advanced Typing Soldier: letters and word reloads
Advanced Typing Soldier is an illustrated keyboard training game with a different rhythm from Typing Interceptor, Typing Rocket and Typing Birds. Here you switch between recognizing target letters and typing complete words. A friendly armored character protects a training base from mechanical drones approaching from the right.
Every correct target letter fires one small rocket automatically toward that drone. There is no mouse aiming and no need to type the same letter repeatedly. Four rockets fit in your launcher. After the fourth shot, a large reload word appears inside the arena and the drone letters dim. Type that word to regain four rockets and return to fire mode. While you reload, the drones keep approaching, so decide when to reload with enough time to complete the word.
Build accuracy through gradual progression
The first two levels use familiar home-row letters. Levels 3 and 4 broaden the letter set, and later levels use the full alphabet. Reload words become longer across ten vocabulary sets. Each level lasts three active minutes and increases approach speed by a small fixed step. The game avoids sudden speed jumps based on live WPM.
You have three protection segments in each level. A drone reaching the base removes one; losing all three ends the attempt. Completing a level restores protection, refills rockets, saves its result and starts the next automatically. Ten levels give up to 30 active minutes. After losing, retry the current level or practise missed reload words and letters first.
Controls, sound and saved results
Press a target letter in fire mode. In reload mode, type the word shown; blue letters mark completed keystrokes. Space or the Reload card begins an early reload when ammunition is below four. A full launcher cannot be reloaded. Escape and the pause control freeze play, and switching tabs pauses automatically. Sound is optional.
On a touch device, use the Open keyboard control and tap the Reload card when needed. A physical keyboard leaves more of the arena visible. The game shows the current level, time, score, protection, ammunition and input mode so you can see what to type next.
Results measure correct letters, WPM, accuracy, targets cleared and your longest streak. Each finished level contributes to existing game history and practice time. Guest results stay in this browser; existing account sync applies when signed in. Use the typing course for technique, the Typing Speed Improver for focused practice and a three-minute test for comparable speed results. Game scores do not qualify for certificates.
Do I need a subscription?
No. This Premium-labelled game is currently open to everyone while subscriptions are being prepared. Access may change when subscriptions launch.
Can I fire while reloading?
No. Letters advance the reload word while reload mode is active. Completing it returns you to fire mode. The large in-arena word and mode indicator show what to type next. Drone labels dim during reloads; finish the displayed word before pressing drone letters again.
What does game WPM include?
Both correct target letters and correct reload-word letters count. WPM is correct characters divided by five and active minutes; accuracy compares correct and incorrect keystrokes. This mixed game score differs from a paragraph typing test.
